Each booking generates its own code. Two identical bookings produce two different codes — impossible to predict or duplicate.

No. Each code is unique, tied to a specific booking and valid only for the duration of the time slot. It expires automatically at the end time: even if passed on to someone else, it no longer opens anything. Every use leaves a time-stamped record in the access log, with the time slot and equipment concerned.
The code is inactive outside the booked time window: the equipment doesn’t open. The attempt is rejected, then recorded in the access log with the date, time and equipment concerned. The manager finds it in their dashboard without having to look for it, and can choose to be alerted to this type of event.
Yes. Configurable alerts flag unusual events: failed attempts, use outside the time slot, equipment malfunctions. You choose which events trigger an alert and which simply stay in the log. The aim is to have nothing to monitor day to day, and to be warned only when something is out of the ordinary.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR: collection limited to what is needed for booking and access, hosting in France, a limited retention period followed by deletion. The data is never sold or transferred. Users can exercise their rights of access, rectification and deletion at any time with the site operator.
Yes, and it’s included in the subscription, provided your site has compatible cameras. Each code entry triggers the recording of a time-stamped clip, attached to the corresponding booking and viewable from your dashboard. So you don’t have to go through hours of footage: you start from the access event, and the image comes with it.
