Access follows the slot
A code activates at the start time and stops working at the end. It doesn’t depend on a person, or on an object passed from hand to hand.
Opening a space to online booking doesn’t mean watching it more closely: it means no longer having to watch it at all. Free dates are public and accurate, payment is collected before entry, and access opens and then closes again on the booked time slot. Here’s what that looks like, space by space.

Most of the spaces available for hire in France are still managed the way they were thirty years ago: a phone call to check a date, a cheque, a key handed over in person, a condition report squeezed in between two appointments. Taken one by one, each step is reasonable. Added together, they cost more in time than the hire brings in.
It’s this cost that explains why so many spaces remain under-booked. Evening slots aren’t offered because the key has to be handed over. Sundays aren’t rented out because no appointment is possible. A one-hour booking is turned down because the paperwork is out of proportion. The calendar stays empty, and it’s not for lack of demand.
With an automated chain, the maths changes. Booking, payment and opening follow on from one another without anyone having to keep track. A slot sold for 22:00 on a Saturday no longer requires any appointment, so it becomes profitable.
Saturdays book themselves, payment is collected before entry and the key no longer changes hands.

No access is issued without confirmed payment. It’s this rule that makes unpaid bills and reminders disappear.
Resident, non-resident, association, business: the price depends on who is booking, not on the space. Even at €0, the booking exists and leaves a record.
Bookings, revenue, actual occupancy, time-stamped entries. Questions that used to take an hour are answered on a single screen.
A page dedicated to the space shows what is genuinely free. It answers availability enquiries for you.
The amount charged is the rate for the user group making the booking. Without payment, the date stays open to someone else.
By SMS and email, with the exact time window. No more appointments to arrange for a key handover.
At the end of the slot, access is cut off and the equipment follows. The history, meanwhile, remains available.
One subscription, no commitment and no equipment to replace. Making a space bookable, collecting payment, opening it at the right time and tracking what it brings in: it’s all in the same subscription. No commission on your revenue; the exact scope is agreed with you during the demo.

Any space whose access can be controlled: village hall, multi-purpose hall, community hall, meeting room, sports hall, office, parking space, pitch on a motorhome aire, marina berth, storage room. What matters isn’t the sector, it’s the door, barrier or bollard that controls entry.
Most of the time, no. We connect first and foremost to what is already installed, when it can be controlled remotely. Replacement remains the exception, and we check compatibility during the demo, before you commit.
No. Booking takes place on a public page, in the browser, with no account to create. And there’s nothing to install on your side either.
Yes, in fact that’s the most common case. The subscription starts at €59 excl. VAT per month, all-inclusive and with no commitment. Nothing forces you to put everything online at once, and your exact price is worked out during the demo.
Yes. A booking is entered from the dashboard as if it came from the public page, and it uses the same calendar. Online booking works alongside the front desk; it doesn’t do away with it.
Backup codes, renewed automatically, make it possible to open even when the site has lost its connection. There is always a way in.
Thirty minutes is enough to check that your equipment is compatible, set up your price list and show you the public page exactly as your users will see it.
