Purpose Definitions Role of ASLOT PARK Access to the service Booking online Prices and payment Booking on request Confirmation and access code Changes and cancellation User undertakings Liability Intellectual property Personal data Changes to the Terms of Use Governing law

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to and use of the aslot.fr website and the ASLOT online booking service, as well as the messages and pages that accompany a booking.

The website and the service are published by ASLOT PARK (an SAS with share capital of €4,500, SIREN 102 825 361, RCS La Roche-sur-Yon, 151 Avenue de la Faye, 85270 Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez — hereinafter “ASLOT PARK”).

Making a booking or browsing the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. Organisations’ subscriptions to the ASLOT software are governed by the General Terms of Sale.

2. Definitions

  • Organisation: the body or person that offers its spaces for booking through ASLOT.
  • User: any person who visits the website or makes a booking.
  • Space: whatever the organisation offers for booking.
  • Access code: the personal code provided, where applicable, to enter the booked space.

3. Role of ASLOT PARK

ASLOT PARK provides the tool that makes online booking possible. The booking is concluded directly between the user and the organisation: ASLOT PARK neither owns nor operates the spaces.

The organisation alone sets its availability, prices, rules of use and cancellation terms. Where it has published its own terms, they apply in addition to these Terms of Use and take precedence on all matters relating to the service it provides.

4. Access to the website and the service

The website and the booking service are available free of charge to anyone with an internet connection, the cost of which remains their own responsibility.

ASLOT PARK may suspend, interrupt or restrict access to the service, in particular for maintenance or security reasons. An organisation may also close online booking for its spaces.

5. Booking online

The user chooses their space and period, checks the summary and then validates their booking. They undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information: it is used to send them their confirmation and the details they need for their visit. An input error may prevent them from receiving these, without ASLOT PARK or the organisation incurring any liability.

Until it has been validated, a booking does not hold the space.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are set by the organisation and the total amount is displayed before any validation. Payment is made securely online: bank details do not pass through ASLOT PARK’s servers. The booking is confirmed once payment has been accepted.

Payments are collected by the organisation, which issues the receipt. Any guarantees or additional sums are governed by its terms.

7. Booking on request

For certain spaces, the organisation approves each request before it becomes a booking. The booking is only firm once the organisation has approved it and any payment has been made; otherwise, the request lapses.

8. Confirmation and access code

Every confirmed booking is confirmed in writing, together, where applicable, with the information and documents provided by the organisation.

Where an access code is provided, it is valid only for the booking concerned. It is personal: the user keeps it confidential, shares it only with the people included in their booking and remains responsible for its use.

9. Changes and cancellation

Any request for a change, cancellation or refund must be sent to the organisation, in accordance with its terms. ASLOT PARK does not decide on refunds.

Depending on the nature of the service, in particular where it is provided on a specific date or for a specific period, the right of withdrawal may not apply (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

10. User undertakings

The user undertakes to use the website and the service in accordance with the laws in force, these Terms of Use and the organisation’s rules. In particular, it is forbidden to:

  • book under a false identity or make fictitious bookings;
  • use the space beyond what has been booked, or allow access to people not included in the booking;
  • send unlawful, defamatory or abusive content;
  • disrupt the operation of the service or attempt to circumvent its security measures.

Any breach may lead to the booking being cancelled by the organisation and, where applicable, to legal proceedings.

11. Liability

ASLOT PARK implements the means necessary for the service to work properly, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Its liability is limited to the operation of the tool.

The organisation remains solely responsible for its spaces, for welcoming users and for providing the service. For any problem on site, the user contacts the organisation.

ASLOT PARK cannot be held liable for an interruption caused by a third party or by force majeure, nor for any damage caused to the user’s equipment while browsing.

12. Intellectual property

All elements of the aslot.fr website and of the booking module (text, images, graphics, logos, source code, etc.) are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any reproduction or representation without ASLOT PARK’s consent is prohibited and constitutes infringement. The names, logos and visuals of organisations remain their property.

13. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the Terms of Use

ASLOT PARK may amend these Terms of Use at any time. The version applicable to a booking is the one in force on the day it is validated; for simple browsing, it is the one in force at the time of the visit.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, and subject to the rules protecting consumers, the courts for the La Roche-sur-Yon area shall have jurisdiction.

For any question about these Terms of Use: +33 2 52 63 02 46 — contact@aslot.fr. For a question about a booking, please contact the organisation concerned first.
