What is ASLOT?
ASLOT is a French booking and access control platform. A municipality, a business or a private operator uses it to put its rooms, car parks and spaces up for hire online: the customer books, pays, receives an access code by SMS, then lets themselves in. The site’s equipment then follows the booked time slot. From €59 excl. VAT per month.
How does access control work with ASLOT?
ASLOT connects to your existing equipment (keypads, barriers, turnstiles, gates). When a user books and pays for their service, a unique, temporary access code is generated automatically and sent by SMS and email. This code activates the equipment for the exact duration of the booking, with no human intervention.
Do I need to replace my equipment to use ASLOT?
No. ASLOT is designed to connect to existing connected access control systems. In most cases, no hardware needs replacing. Our technical team assesses your equipment’s compatibility during the demo and supports you through setup.
Is ASLOT suitable for local authorities and public procurement?
Yes. ASLOT is designed for councils and local authorities. Payments are collected online, through a public revenue account (régie) and in line with the requirements for public revenue accounts. Associations get free use that is fully traceable, with each loan of a space recorded along with its time slot and its access. The platform issues payment receipts and exports for the Public Treasury. For public procurement, the price is known before you order, from €59 excl. VAT per month with no commitment, and during the demo our team guides you through the procedure suited to the amount.
Is ASLOT compatible with e-invoicing?
Yes. The user who books a room, an office or a parking space receives their invoice, and this invoice is compatible with the e-invoicing of the organisation renting out the space, whether a local authority or a business. Each invoice is linked to its booking and its payment, with no re-keying on your side.
What types of space can be hired or booked with ASLOT?
Any space whose access can be controlled: village hall, community or multi-purpose hall, meeting room, sports hall, coworking desk or office, community hub or fablab workshop, business incubator office, parking space, motorhome aire pitch, marina berth, self-storage unit. Hire is done online, and access opens for the booked time slot.
Can bookings be tracked from a mobile?
Yes. The ASLOT dashboard can be accessed from any device — computer, tablet or smartphone. Bookings, revenue, occupancy rate and access history can be viewed in real time, wherever you are.
