Your season, month by month
OccupancyTwo months make your year; the other ten barely pay for it.
ASLOT is management software for marinas and yacht harbours: berths are booked and paid for online, and the pontoon gate and quayside service bollard open when the boat owner arrives, for the length of the stopover. The harbour office follows occupancy, revenue and comings and goings from its screen, day and night.
To see how booking software controls access without an integrator, which gates, bollards and barriers can be connected, or how a municipality collects stopover fees through a public revenue account (régie): three pages cover each step in detail.
Boat owners book their berth, pay online and get onto the pontoon automatically, at any hour. The harbour office stays in control of the harbour from its screen.
Visiting and resident boat owners book and pay from their smartphones, before arrival.
The SMS code opens the gangway or the pontoon access door at the agreed time.
Payments collected automatically — nights, weekends, bank holidays. No till to manage.
The boat owner books from their phone before arriving. On docking, they enter their code and go straight onto the pontoon. No waiting, nobody to deal with.
A Saturday in July, from the first departure to the night-time arrival. Just one intervention all day — and it’s done remotely.
They receive a personal link. Behind it: their code, their berth, the pontoon map and the controls to switch on what they need. Nothing to install, no account to create.
A self-sufficient boat owner means a night-time arrival that wakes nobody — and a berth that can be resold the very next morning.
A moment captured and time-stamped every time the gate opens. The harbour office knows who went onto the pontoon and when, even at night.
Included in the subscription, provided your site has compatible cameras. We go through the setup in detail during the demo.
You can read all of this in one place: when the harbour fills up, where the money comes from, what price you sell at, what the bollards use. No spreadsheet, no manual readings, nothing to enter.

Water and electricity account for 11% of revenue — the revenue that used to slip away the most.
A free berth shows up and can be sold within seconds.
The real cost of a stopover, in euros, pontoon by pontoon.
Illustrative figures. Your dashboard shows your own, in real time.
The context. A 300-berth harbour on the Atlantic coast, run by a concession holder. Around a hundred berths are set aside for visiting boat owners in season. The pontoons are closed off by badge-operated gates and the toilet and shower block by a keypad door.
The problem before. A boat owner arriving after the harbour office had closed would moor on a free berth and settle up the next day — or not at all. Visitor badges were lost or returned late. The harbour office copied stopovers into a spreadsheet, with frequent discrepancies between the berths actually occupied and the revenue collected.
What was automated. Visitor berths can be booked online before arrival, with the stopover paid upfront. The boat owner receives a code that opens their pontoon gate and the toilet and shower block for the period paid for. The harbour office sees occupied berths, expected arrivals and departures in real time. Other bookable spaces, from halls to parking spaces, are presented on the online booking hub.
What has changed. A night-time arrival now comes with a booked berth and access that is already valid. Unpaid stopovers have fallen, because payment comes before mooring. The concession holder has a clean history for its annual report. The subscription comes with no commission on payments, which matters over a short season.

In the vast majority of cases, yes. ASLOT connects to existing gangways, gates and access systems. Compatibility is checked during the demo.
An extension can be handled through a new booking. The exact terms are configured during setup.
No. Access is by SMS code, with no app and no account to create.
Yes, it’s included in the subscription, as long as the harbour has compatible cameras. Each code entered on the pontoons and gangways generates a time-stamped clip you can view from your dashboard. Nothing to change in your existing installation.
Yes. An annual berth holder keeps a badge or code that stays active for the length of their contract, while a visiting boat owner books a berth for a few days and receives a code valid for their stopover. Both open the same pontoon gate and appear in the same history. The harbour office sees the harbour’s actual occupancy, berth by berth.
With the code received when booking, by SMS and email. It opens the pontoon gate and, if the quay is equipped, the water and electricity bollard, for the period paid for. An arrival at 23:00 needs nobody on site. The entry is time-stamped and, if the harbour has compatible cameras, linked to a clip.
Yes. A river mooring works like a small harbour: visitor moorings are booked and paid for online, and access to the pontoons and service bollards follows the booking, at any hour. Boat owners stay self-sufficient, even with nobody on duty on site.
The subscription starts at €59 excluding VAT per month, all inclusive and with no commitment. Your exact price is worked out with you during the demo, based on your actual spaces and equipment. It takes thirty minutes and commits you to nothing.
