Pricing

Simple pricing,
no commitment

ASLOT costs from €59 excl. VAT per month, with no commitment and no commission on payments. The price of room booking software depends first of all on what it covers: here, online booking, payment and self-service access all come in the same subscription. The exact price is set during the demo, based on your actual spaces and equipment.

What the subscription includes

The subscription covers everything a space needs to be booked, paid for and opened on its own, at any time. There are no paid add-ons and no premium edition: the scope below applies to every subscriber, whether a council, a coworking space, a residential building or a car park manager.

Online booking

your users choose a time slot and book from their phone, evenings and weekends included.

Online payment

payment is collected at the time of booking, with no percentage taken by ASLOT.

Time-limited codes and badges

the user receives a code, or their badge is activated, for the length of the time slot and no longer.

Schedule and time slots

your rules (durations, opening hours, pricing by user group, free use) apply automatically to every request.

Payment receipts

each payment produces its own receipt, and exports are ready for the Public Treasury or your accountant.

Tracking your sites

you track your spaces, your bookings and the time-stamped access log from a single screen, across several sites if needed.

White label

the booking page carries your name and your colours.

Support

the team that set up your site remains your point of contact, by phone and by email.

Your spaces can be booked at any time.
Entering an access code at the entrance of a hall
The user gets in with the code they received, during their time slot.

The income goes into the revenue account, with the receipt to match.

What’s priced separately, and why

Two items are priced outside the subscription: access control hardware, if the site doesn’t already have it, and setup, which is done remotely. Their cost is given before any order is placed.

Access control equipment connected to the platform

The hardware

ASLOT connects first and foremost to what is already there: keypad, badge reader, electric strike, gate, barrier, bollard. When an access point has none of these, the missing hardware is supplied by partners selected according to the need and the budget. Its cost varies with the equipment already in place and the number of access points to equip, so it can’t be built into a monthly price that’s the same for everyone.

Setting up a car park barrier

Remote setup

The team connects the equipment to the platform, tests the openings and trains the people who will run the schedule. A site visit isn’t needed; if you would like one, it is priced case by case.

For councils: revenue account and public procurement

For a council or an inter-municipal authority, the price of community hall booking software sits within two frameworks: public procurement for the subscription, and the revenue account for payment collection. ASLOT is designed for both.

Payment collection through a revenue account

Payments from residents, associations and non-residents are collected online through a public revenue account (régie), in line with the requirements that apply to public revenue accounts. Each booking produces a payment receipt, and the exports help the revenue officer close the accounts. The page collecting hall hire payments through a revenue account explains how this works.

Public procurement and no hidden costs

The monthly subscription, with no commitment and no commission, takes up just a few lines in a quote: a monthly amount and, where applicable, a hardware line and a setup line, both known before ordering. No cost per booking, per user or per payment is added during the year. For implementation on the council side (pricing by user group, recorded free use for associations, hire agreements), see the community hall management software.

Pricing: your questions

Is there a commission on payments?

No. ASLOT takes no percentage and no fixed fee on your users’ payments. The amount paid for a room, a parking space or a berth goes in full to the organisation renting it out. The only recurring cost is the monthly subscription, from €59 excl. VAT. This applies whatever the volume: a room booked fifty times a month costs no more in software than a room booked five times.

Is hardware mandatory?

No. ASLOT connects first to the equipment already in place: keypad, badge reader, electric strike, gate, barrier or bollard. If your site has these, there’s nothing to buy. If an access point isn’t equipped, the missing hardware is offered separately, with a price known before ordering, depending on the number of access points and what is already there. The hardware is chosen during the demo, based on your constraints and your budget.

What if I have several sites?

You manage them all from the same account. A municipality with a village hall, a sports hall and a motorhome aire, or a car park manager present in several towns, sees all its bookings and access on a single screen. The price reflects the actual number of spaces and access points; it is set during the demo, and setup is done remotely, however many locations there are.

Is there a free version?

No. ASLOT is only available as a subscription, from €59 excl. VAT per month. A free tool is usually limited to the calendar: it shows time slots and records a request, but it doesn’t take payment, doesn’t issue receipts and doesn’t open the door. If all you need is a diary, it may be enough. If you want booking, payment and access to run on their own, you need a paid service.

Is the price the same for a council and a business?

The starting point is the same: from €59 excl. VAT per month, no commitment, no commission. The exact price depends on the spaces and equipment, not on the buyer’s status. What changes for a council is the framework: the order goes through public procurement procedures, and payment collection is organised through a public revenue account (régie). These frameworks are supported at no extra cost.

How is the subscription billed?

The subscription is paid monthly. Each payment comes with a payment receipt in your organisation’s name, which can be used as supporting documentation for the Public Treasury or your accountant. Hardware, when needed, is paid for separately, with the amount known before ordering. For a local authority, the subscription payment terms are agreed with the finance department during setup.

Is ASLOT compatible with e-invoicing?

Yes. Users who book your spaces receive their invoice, and these invoices are compatible with your organisation’s e-invoicing, whether you are a local authority or a business. Each invoice is linked to its booking and its payment, with no re-keying.
