Your motorhome aire,
open 24/7, all year round

Motorhomers book and pay for their pitch online before arriving. The barrier and service bollards open automatically — even in the middle of the night, even at weekends. The motorhome aire is managed remotely, whether you are a council or a private operator, with video surveillance of entries included depending on your equipment.

To choose motorhome aire management software, follow how a pitch is booked from the traveller’s side or organise payment collection through a revenue account for a municipal aire: three pages cover each step in detail.

What changes
for your aire

A motorhome aire that manages itself, collects payments on its own and opens on its own. You view bookings, pitch occupancy and revenue from your dashboard.

You run your aire with ASLOT; your visitors book on Aire Nomade — our consumer website for motorhomers.

Automatic payment collection

Travellers pay online before arrival. No cash, no till, no chasing payments.

Automatic access

The SMS code opens the barrier or gate at the booked time, even at night.

Advance bookings

Motorhomers book from the road, on any device.

From booking
to arriving at the aire

The motorhomer books from their phone before setting off. On arrival, their code opens the barrier. Services (water, electricity) are activated automatically if included.

1
Online booking The traveller chooses their night or stay and pays from their smartphone, wherever they are.
2
Access code received A unique code is sent by SMS and email, along with practical information about the aire.
3
Self-service arrival The code opens the barrier. Booked services (bollards, water) switch on automatically.
4
Automatic expiry At the end of the stay, the code expires. The barrier closes and the bollards switch off.

The aire keeps running.
You didn’t have to drop by.

A summer Saturday, from the first departure to the night-time arrival. You step in only once — and you do it from home.

  1. 07:30 A motorhome leaves, and the pitch frees up The pitch switches back to available for booking within seconds. Nobody had to walk round the aire.
  2. 11:05 A family books for this evening from the road Two nights with electricity, paid before arriving. Access code received by SMS straight away.
  3. 22:45 Arriving at night. The barrier opens. Code entered, pitch assigned, electricity on. Nobody was waiting for them — and nobody had to get up.
Motorhome arriving at night, access code at the aire entrance
  4. End of month Revenue is passed on to the accounts Overnight stays, services, consumption: already matched to stays and payments. Sent automatically, at the frequency you chose.

Your traveller arrives at 23:00
and waits for no one

They receive a personal link. Behind it: their code, their pitch, the aire map and the controls to switch on their services.

  • Their code arrives by SMS and email — they have it even when arriving late with no signal
  • They open the barrier from their phone, without getting out of the motorhome
  • They switch on the electricity and water at their pitch, and nowhere else
  • They extend their stay and pay online, without having to find someone to call
  • Their access expires at the planned departure time, without you having to withdraw it

A self-sufficient traveller means a night-time arrival that doesn’t wake you — and an online review that talks about how easy it was rather than the broken-down machine.

Every entry
leaves an image

A moment captured and time-stamped every time the barrier opens, even in the middle of the night. You know which vehicle came in and when, without being on site.

Included in the subscription, provided your site has compatible cameras. We go through the setup in detail during the demo.

Four readouts that change
how an aire is run

You can read all of this in one place: when the aire fills up, where the money comes from, what price you sell at, what the bollards use. No spreadsheet, no manual readings, nothing to enter.

A real-life scenario

The context. A 25-pitch aire in a coastal municipality. The aire is open all year round, closed by a barrier, with a service bollard for water and electricity. Visitor numbers double in July and August.

The problem before. Payment was left in a letterbox or handed to a council officer on their rounds. Some overnight stays went unpaid, with no way of measuring how many. Motorhomers arriving in the evening found the barrier closed and drove off again, or parked in the car park next door.

What was automated. Pitches are booked online, from the road or from the terminal at the entrance, with immediate payment. The code received opens the barrier on arrival and activates the bollard’s services for the paid stay. The council tracks occupancy and revenue from a dashboard, with a receipt for each overnight stay for the revenue account. The full setup is described on the motorhome aire management software page.

What has changed. The aire welcomes motorhomers who have booked, at any hour. The council finally knows the real number of overnight stays, and its collection rate has improved. Motorhomers arriving in the evening no longer head off to the car park next door. The price is known before setup, with bollard and barrier quoted separately if the aire is not yet equipped.

Motorhomes:
your questions

Yes. ASLOT can activate the service bollards (water, electricity) automatically after payment. The configuration is confirmed during the demo.

Yes. Access is available 24/7. The code works at any hour, including in the middle of the night.

Integrations with third-party platforms are discussed during the demo, depending on your situation.

Yes, it’s included in the subscription, as long as your aire has compatible cameras. Each code entered at the entrance generates a time-stamped clip you can view from your dashboard. Nothing to change in your existing installation.

The municipal aire runs on the same platform as the village hall and the sports hall: pitches are booked online, payment is collected before entry through the public revenue account (régie), and the barrier opens for the slot paid for. The town hall office tracks the aire’s occupancy and revenue from the same dashboard as its halls.

No. Payment is made online, from the traveller’s phone, before or on arrival at the aire. There is no longer a coin box to empty or a cash box to secure. If a terminal or kiosk is already in place, we check during the demo what can be connected and kept.

The subscription starts at €59 excluding VAT per month, all inclusive and with no commitment. Your exact price is worked out with you during the demo, based on your actual spaces and equipment. It takes thirty minutes and commits you to nothing.
