Where there is still space
Live occupancyLevel −1 is full while −3 stays half empty.
ASLOT is car park booking software: whether you are a municipality, a business, a residential building or an owner of parking spaces, each space is booked online, paid for before entry and opened by code at the barrier. Subscribers and visitors fit on the same calendar. No paper tickets, no queue at the gate.
To compare the criteria for car park booking software, follow how a parking space is booked from the user’s side or read the guide to booking parking spaces: three pages cover each step in detail.
No more stepping in to collect payments, open up or carry out checks. From booking the space to opening the barrier, ASLOT runs your car park’s entire cycle on its own.
Payment is collected at booking, before access. No cash to handle, no risk of unpaid bills.
The code received by SMS operates the barrier for exactly the booked period. No badge, no app.
Your users book and pay from their smartphones at any hour, including at night or at the weekend.
The whole journey is automated. The user books, pays, receives their access and opens the barrier — without any input from you.
An ordinary Tuesday, from the first vehicle to the last. You step in only once — and you do it from your office.
They receive a personal link. Behind it: their code, their space, the car park map and everything they need to open up themselves. Nothing to install, nothing to ask anyone for.
A self-sufficient user is a call you don’t get — and a space that can be resold the next day without any dispute.
A moment captured and time-stamped every time the barrier opens. You know which vehicle came in and when, without watching a screen.
Included in the subscription, provided your site has compatible cameras. We go through the setup in detail during the demo.
You can read all of this in one place: where the peak hours are, where the money comes from, what price you sell at, what it costs you. No spreadsheet, no manual readings, nothing to enter.
Level −1 is full while −3 stays half empty.
Monthly subscribers account for 21% of revenue without taking up 21% of the spaces.

The context. An 80-space residential car park on the outskirts of a major city. Some of the spaces are rented by the month to local residents, the rest by the day or by the hour to visitors and employees of nearby businesses. The site is closed off by a barrier and a pedestrian gate.
The problem before. Every rental involved an exchange of emails, a bank transfer to check and then a badge handed over in person. Lost or unreturned badges piled up. A subscriber who left sometimes kept active access for weeks, because nobody kept track of end dates.
What was automated. The spaces are published on a booking page. The user chooses a duration, pays online and receives a code, or has their badge activated for the period paid for. The barrier and the pedestrian gate open during the slot and not after. The manager finds every rental in a time-stamped schedule, with its proof of payment. How it works is explained on the car park booking software page.
What has changed. Vacant spaces are now rented out in the evenings and at weekends too. The end of a rental coincides with the end of access, which settles the question of unreturned badges. The manager knows at any time who is in which space and since when. The subscription costs from €59 excl. VAT per month, with hardware quoted separately if the site is not yet equipped.

What gets switched on depends on what your car park already has: the exact scope is agreed with you during the demo, based on your spaces and your equipment.

In the vast majority of cases, yes. ASLOT connects to existing barriers and gates without replacing them. Compatibility is checked during the demo, before any commitment.
Yes. ASLOT handles pay-to-use car parks open to everyone just as well as car parks reserved for a defined group of users. Access rules can be configured to suit your needs.
After payment, a unique code is sent by SMS and email. The code operates the barrier for the length of the time slot — no app to download, no badge to hand out.
Yes, it’s included in the subscription, as long as your car park has compatible cameras. Each code entered at the entrance generates a time-stamped clip you can view from your dashboard. You check every access event visually, without continuous recording.
The user opens the car park’s page, chooses a space and a time slot — by the hour, the day or the month — and pays online. They receive a code by SMS and email that opens the barrier during the booked period, then stops working. The manager sees the booking, the revenue and the time-stamped entry in their dashboard.
Yes, on the same calendar. A subscriber from a business or a residential block keeps a badge or code that stays active for the length of their subscription. A visitor books a space for a few hours and receives a code valid for their slot only. Both open the same barrier and appear in the same history.
The subscription starts at €59 excluding VAT per month, all inclusive and with no commitment. Your exact price is worked out with you during the demo, based on your actual spaces and equipment. It takes thirty minutes and commits you to nothing.
Our team checks that your equipment is compatible and shows you ASLOT tailored to your car park. No commitment.
