Off-peak hours
Evenings, weekends, holidays. Since the remaining capacity is known, it can be offered with no risk of double allocation.
A car park has two populations that have nothing in common: subscribers who occupy their space permanently, and occasional users who come for an hour. When you manage them separately, you sell the same space twice. Or, far more often, you never sell it at all.

Most car parks manage their subscribers on one side, often with a list and badges, and their visitors on the other, with a pay station or nothing at all. The result: nobody really knows how many spaces are free at any given moment, so nobody dares sell by the hour. The spaces sit empty.
Bringing the two populations together in a single calendar changes the whole calculation. The remaining capacity becomes an exact figure, at every moment, and it can be offered for booking without the risk of promising a space already occupied by a subscriber.
That leaves the barrier. As long as getting in requires a ticket, cash or a badge to hand over, opening up to occasional users remains a plan rather than a reality. When it is the booking that triggers the opening, an occasional user becomes as simple to handle as a subscriber.
Evenings, weekends, holidays. Since the remaining capacity is known, it can be offered with no risk of double allocation.
Permanent spaces are still managed as such, with their renewal and payment tracking.
In a car park fitted with compatible cameras, every entry leaves a time-stamped recording. Disputes are settled by watching it.
Full levels, off-peak hours, the day’s revenue: the dashboard replaces manual counts and spreadsheets.
Whatever subscribers aren’t using can be offered, in real time and with no case-by-case decisions.
Arrival time and duration, from a public page, with no account or app.
No vehicle gets in without confirmed payment. It is this rule that does away with unpaid bills.
It opens during the booked period, and not after. The revenue is already linked to the booking.
One subscription, no commitment and no equipment to replace. Booking, payment collection, access and tracking in a single piece of software, with no add-on modules or premium edition. No commission on your revenue; the exact scope is agreed with you during the demo.

Yes, and that’s the whole point. Both occupy the same calendar, so you know the capacity that is actually available and can sell it without risk.
Generally not. ASLOT connects to the barriers, gates and keypads already in place as long as they can be controlled. We check this during the demo.
Yes. Each car park, each level or each named parking space can be a space, all brought together in the same dashboard.
Leaving is always possible: it’s entry that is conditional. The overstay shows up in the time-stamped log, so you can charge for it if your rules provide for it.
Yes. Visitor spaces, unallocated spaces and common areas are managed in the same way, with revenue tracking the managing agent can use.
The subscription starts at €59 excl. VAT per month, all-inclusive and with no commitment. Your exact price is worked out with you during the demo, based on your actual spaces and equipment.
We look at your barrier, your current subscribers and your off-peak hours, then together we put a figure on the time slots you aren’t selling yet.
